<p>This is a collection of all warning symbols (W001 - W067) according to ISO 7010. All the models are drawn by hand, so some minor differences to the norm can occure. The signs are based on the images from the following Wikipedia article “<a href="https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_7010">ISO 7010 - Wikipedia</a>”.</p><p>If you want to print the signs according to the specifications you need black filament (RAL 9004) and yellow filament (RAL 1003). Both colors can be purchased on e.g. “<a href="https://colorfabb.com/">colorfabb.com</a>”.</p><p>The signs are structured as follows: The base layer (printed in yellow) is in its “imported height” 2mm and the top layer (printed in black) is 1mm. Using PrusaSlicer (or any other slicer) you can rescale the model to your desired size (caution: details in some signs with small details can get lost if you scale the sign too small). When rescaling, the height of the model also gets smaller. If the model gets to thin, its recomended to scale the model on the z-axis non-uniformly.&nbsp;</p><p>To add the color-change use the <i>color-change</i> option in PrusaSlicer (help / instructions: <a href="https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/color-change_1687">Prusa Knowledge Base | Color change (prusa3d.com)</a> or use the automatic color-change feature in PrusaSlicer 2.4.0 or above).</p><p><i>Automatic Color-Change (minute 4:58 - 5:13) :</i></p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/MQx6O8TA77o?t=298"></oembed></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>You can also add a bolt hole to your own desire using the “<i>negative volume modifier</i>” in PrusaSlicer (As shown on YouTube (minute 4:18 - 4:32))</p><p><i>Negative Volume Modifier &nbsp;(minute 4:18 - 4:32) :</i></p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/MQx6O8TA77o?t=258"></oembed></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><p>For a smoother top surface you can use the ironing feature in PrusaSlicer, but your print time will increase by ~50%.</p><p>2D-files for plotting or laser cutting (.dxf / .pdf) are going to be uploaded soon.
