I connected hydraulic hoses but had trouble with a cracked coupling plug, so I designed a replacement using 3D printing technology. The plug was printed from TPU without any support structures. It fits snugly onto our tractor, possibly requiring slight adjustments based on the printer model and coupling size. This design should effectively seal out dirt and grime due to its tight fit. I chose not to include a pull tab for removal since each situation is unique, but it's easy to add one if needed. After using this plug for an entire season, I found it worked flawlessly. Removal required the use of channel lock pliers, which I prefer because the design provides a secure fit and prevents the plug from falling out while keeping dirt and debris sealed out extremely well.
