The original design really caught my eye, but when I took it off the press, I discovered that the internal fillet made the cover impossible to seat properly, causing it to keep popping off. To fix this, I squared up the internal corners and added an inward-leaning angle to the vertical walls, giving them a negative draft to provide better grip on the charger. I've been printing with Sainsmart TPU for a while now and have had outstanding results from over a dozen prints.
