ISCG bash guard
cults3d
Simple bash guard designed specifically for mounting to frames with ISCG05 mounts. Second and third photos showcase the aftermath of a significant impact on a large rock in Bear Brook State Park, New Hampshire - it's definitely effective! Available in various sizes to accommodate different chainrings ranging from 28t to 38t. Two designs are provided, one for standard M6 screws with round heads and another for flat head M6 screws, which have chamfered bolt holes. Note that this design was created for and tested on a 2019 Trek Fuel EX 9.9 bike equipped with a 32t SRAM GX Eagle chainring. While it should work on other bikes and chainrings, its performance is untested. The design is parametric, allowing users to adjust the chainring teeth under "Modify... Change Parameters" from 28t or larger - 26t may experience interference issues with the front bolt hole and the bash guard itself. In the F3D file, the text "47" has been removed; if you'd like to add your own text, it's located in the Sketch2 section, where you can edit Extrude7 and remove suppression.
