I required 40x80 extrusion for my project but only had 2040 ISB type profiles available, so I created a connector to combine them into one solid piece. The fusion files are included for you to create your own - I initially attempted using 10mm tall pieces but ended up with 15mm pieces; the longer the bit is, the more difficult it is to slide in.
