I've been on the hunt for TBOI Goodies for years, and everyone's attempts fell short. So I took matters into my own hands and created one myself. It's finally here - check it out! After printing, I have to say, it turned out fantastic. Just be mindful of the mouth support; mine ended up collapsing when I made it 8.5cm tall. The result wasn't disastrous (after a bit of TLC with a scalpel), but the teeth were tricky to spot.
