I had to shape metal spoons for ladyandmaker.com, so I enhanced my Irwin jaws with a 3D printed soft jaw made of PLA. The initial set performed well at 35% infill. My printer was a Metal Printrbot Simple with a 0.25mm layer height and 1.75mm Tuxedo Black PLA filament.
