Irrigation Spreader 2/Fan
thingiverse
This unit functions similarly to my "Irrigation Spreader," but fits snugly into 1/4-inch irrigation tubing instead of two holes on the side. The device features one oval-shaped hole at the end, generating a fan-shaped pattern when utilized. My version is oriented vertically with the oval hole facing upwards, and I manufactured it using PLA material at a temperature of 230 degrees Celsius, with no heated bed in place and an operating fill percentage of 100%. It operates effectively under low pressure conditions (like my siphon tank setup), yet can potentially withstand more intense pressure than it would require to dislodge the device from its tubing. This unit is at a greater risk of getting clogged by debris, making it less ideal for users dealing with unclear water; for these scenarios, you may find it more practical to utilize my alternative spreader model instead. If problems persist with clogging, I may be open to manufacturing an upgraded design with an enlarged oval-shaped hole; feel free to reach out if this is a feasible solution.
