IronMan Mk3 full size remix
thingiverse
Since I have a large bed printer, I wanted to print as much as possible in one piece to avoid issues I had with gluing parts together previously. This merge is not perfect but good enough for my kids' costume. Make sure there are no gaps in your slicer. Many supports are needed for the full helmet in one piece, so I recommend customizing the supports to minimize print time on your printer. The inside doesn't have to be perfect, of course. I've also uploaded a version with the top helmet and base helmet separated. This allows for far less support required for the overhang but requires manual gluing or welding of the base and top. Print two copies of the ear disks. The bottom of the ear disks appears raised but can be fixed by adding a small -Z value in S3D, making them flat on the bottom.
