I design a Celtic cross inside an Iron Cross, a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:74322, created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=74322. Using the options below: Pane size is large, text size is 10, and text vertical position is 0. No text on line 5, line 4, or line 3. Text on line 2 is blank, but I put some text on line 1. Picture shape is a square, not reversed, and includes a hole. Number of layers is 12, layer height is 0.2 millimeters. Image file is lithopane_new20160328-2364-os63m6-0.dat. Hole diameter is 10 units wide and picture orientation is horizontal.
