I'm using caps for iron railings that have a hole, perfect for mounting brackets that can attach to solar lanterns. These lanterns seem to fit with most garden hooks, I'm not sure what type they are but it looks like the center hole of the mount is roughly 10mm in diameter and about 28mm from outside edge to edge. The caps themselves are 44mm on each side.
