I began by printing the entire suit, starting with the gloves. As I worked on the model, I discovered that it was full of support material, which was a significant factor in its overall size and weight. To address this issue, I decided to cut the model into two separate pieces, a move that would not only reduce filament usage by half but also shave off around 30-40% from the original printing time. Now, all I needed to do was glue the two pieces together or use acetone to bond them, and my suit would be ready for action.
