*** UPDATES ***\r\n\r\n20190130 - After the first attempt to print, a failed support ended up causing the entire top to rip from the base. To overcome this issue, I have updated the stand into two files that can be glued together. This change will also make it easier to run the wire as you can do that before gluing it in place. A test print is currently running and should allow for printing with much less support. \r\n\r\n20190202 - I encountered significant difficulties trying to paint the text black due to its small size. Even using a toothpick, I found it challenging not to get paint on the top. To resolve this issue, I created a little stencil that can be placed over the ring to aid with painting. Please note that this is an optional part and you only need to print it if you want to add it to your stand. \r\n\r\n20190801 - A small radius was added to the post on the stand to enhance its strength and aesthetic appeal. The updated pictures reflect these changes as well. \r\n\r\n******\r\n\r\n\r\nI recently designed this version of the arc reactor: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2854850, and it turned out amazing! Great work @yonatanorion! I initially had no intention to use this in cosplay; instead, I envisioned it as a decorative piece. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a suitable stand, so I decided to design one. \r\n\r\nThe concept of the stand is centered around using a DC PSU and running a cable through the back of the stand up the base arm out the back to the reactor. The hole in the back of the base is measured to fit a female barrel jack. I have included the svg file if you want to experiment with different sizes in Fusion360. A small ridge facilitates easy gluing of the bezel after completion.\r\n\r\nIf you plan to cover the stand with glass or plexiglass, you will need to notch the back to accommodate the cable tube.\r\n\r\nThe files I have included include the Fusion360 files, the Text SVG, STLs, pictures, and a few STL files from the original reactor project that I used as reference. Feel free to modify these files as needed. I built the Reactor in 3DBuilder, so it may not be accurate enough for other uses. (Just an FYI, I only needed some basic shapes to model off of.) \r\n\r\nBuild Vid: https://youtu.be/TfwZKikVCoU
