I'm planning to create a 3D printed Iron Halo from Warhammer 40K. Needing to convert one of the easy-to-assemble Primaris into a captain, but lacking an Iron Halo for him, was a major setback. Luckily, having access to a 3D printer saved me - after about an hour's worth of modeling, I managed to design a single mesh Iron Halo ready to be printed.
