iRobot Roomba Upgrade: The Wiping Blade

Hi (DIY)guys, This is my first version of the wiper blade for iRoobot Roomba. My second version with screw change necessity is here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5229361 This version works well, but the blade cracks near screws. If you are agreeing to change screws(a longer are needed), please visit my second version via the link above. Printing: - Material: PETG(necessary for after print curvature with hot air) - Generate Support: yes - Wall Line Count: 10 Post Printing: - Clear Model after print. - Remove redundant Pins. - Remove Supports. - Sanding Model and try it join together. - Use Hot air and make curve legs as you need. A hairdryer is useful. - Implement two Screews as Wipes Tightener. Wipes prepare: - You can use Kitchen or Clearing Wipes - Drill or perforate the Holes for Wipes Tightener. - Use a huge and strong plastic Bag with a Lock System. - Add some water. - You can add the Floor Detergent or maybe some Aroma Install Wipes on Vacuum Cleaner: - Remove Dust Bin. - Insert Wipe and hook it over Wipe Tightener. - Roll twice over Wiping Blade and leave the end of Wipe in the tail direction of Vacuum Cleaner. - Install Dust Bin back on her Position. Let's wipe!
