iRobot Roomba 800 & 900 series side brush

I engineered this side brush specifically as a replacement for my Roomba 980, but it should be compatible with all 800 and 900 series Roombas. This design requires printing in TPU; softer materials like Ninjaflex will render the brushes ineffective, while harder plastics such as PLA, PETG, or ABS will cause them to snap easily. I highly recommend printing the central hole with a dense support structure, as depicted in the image, but it is not mandatory; doing so yields a smoother finish and ensures a tighter fit for the screw.
