I stumbled upon an excellent tutorial on creating a vacuum cleaner from the iRobot Create2 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fQxyqj0VxuA. Unfortunately, the author omitted the link to the STL file. Undeterred, I took matters into my own hands and created my own version of the vacuum as a single piece, without any holes. The design fits perfectly and does an excellent job of holding the brushes in place. The SCAD and STL files are also available on GitHub: https://github.com/zevlg/scad-models/.
