Irish Jolly Roger

Irish Jolly Roger

My coworkers at work call us pirates, so creating this for St. Patrick's Day seemed like a fun idea. This project combines ideas from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:123685, and http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:274143. A blank flag was inspired by: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:645204. Due to running out of black PLA, I made the flag with what I already had in the printer. Additional photos will be posted once my black PLA arrives. Instructions These designs were printed using PLA at settings layer 0.2mm thick with two shells and an infill density of 20%. Printing speed was set at 60/80 mm/s, although slowing down would likely improve flag detail printing. For dual extrusion prints, use either the 'A' or 'B' versions of the Irish Jolly Roger alone, or the combined design with a flag, depending on which configuration you have in your printer. I attempted to center each print job for you, but your experience may vary.
