I designed a customized version of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:41524, created using the Customizer app at http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=41524. Making It Work Using these settings: Outer message is written in Iris font from write/Letters.dxf file. Ring thickness is set to 1.6 units. Inner message is left blank for now. Font size is fixed at 11 points. Letters are spaced evenly apart with a spacing of 1 unit. The ring width is specified as 7 units. The ring itself has a diameter of 18.14 units.
