With a small puppy around, 3M strips are all you need to secure it to the wall. If you require a stronger hold, it's simple enough to drill a hole through the unit for screws. Tinkercad link is included in case modifications are needed. It was printed with a raft and no supports. With zero infill, it seemed strong enough but keep in mind that this may vary depending on your situation.
