iris dust shoe
thingiverse
cnc dust shoe. with an iris on top so you can reduce the air intake from there if u want to. u are suposed to cut a rectangle from a watter bottle (transparent ones please..) and insert the plastic in those litle windows. also cut a ring of 15-20mm height of the bottle and put it at the bottom , cut some litle "hair" onto that ring after u secure it in place ( i heated the ring and it just shrinked into place) find a bottle whose diameter fits. u will have to make ur own top part, mine is for my cnc who i designed and some day may share if it someone actually want to see that utter mess of a machine. "ducto cristal" may need a redesign. the actual iris i think i just ripped off from someone on thingiverse . if i found the post again i will make the proper links and thanks and credits and stuff some videos i made for a guy and then uploaded just to increase my shame: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ekjhbbnj9HQ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CQMFIXS35s8 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yaPSGlj-GBY BOM : man up. ASSEMBLE INSTRUCTIONS same as BOM. pd: in the videos the cooling nozzle is secured against the spindle ... it sould not be there. it should be fixed to the dust shoe.
