Iris Diaphragm
thingiverse
This innovative device cleverly simulates a central aperture with a consistently adjustable radius of opening. Interestingly, its shape resembles an octagon rather than a circle, yet it functions remarkably well. As a purely two-dimensional construct, I created this mechanism simply for the sake of entertainment on a lazy afternoon. Watch it in action here: https://youtu.be/dESSNvvlmVw
