This is my 3D scan of Rowan Gillespie's sculpture from Toronto's Ireland Park. - I've exported it as an .obj file in a zip archive called "IrelandPark1.obj.zip", straight from Autodesk ReCap 360. The final model, scaled for full-colour printing on a ProJet 4500 at Objex Unlimited, is available in VRML format through the "Ireland Park 3D scan VRML.zip" download. To create the acrylic base and centre post for this sculpture, I've designed an Illustrator file called "Ireland Park laser cut base.ai", which can be used to cut out a sheet of acrylic that's about 9mm thick. For more information on the print, check out my website at http://www.techknight.com/irelandpark3dscan.
