Counts IR pulses by holding a VS1838 or similar sensor against an electric meter. This tool was created for use with Sensus IConA meters, but it may also work well on other types of meters. The sensor is laid flat during printing. When placed into the channel, the three female jumpers are held side-by-side and the sensor will fit snugly into them.
