Holds a VS1838 or similar sensor to an electric meter for counting IR pulses. Made for Sensus IConA meter, but probably will work fine on others. Print laying on its side. The channel is designed to hold three female jumpers side-by-side and the sensor will slide into the jumpers when you place it in the window.
