Simple solution for IR LED boards found in bullet cameras such as Escam QD300 and others. The need for this case arises from a preference to relocate the IR LED lamp outside of the camera. IR light attracts insects, including flying bugs and butterflies that trigger false motion detection alarms. For those using the case as an outdoor lamp, sealing it with silicone on the backside is recommended. M3 brass nuts are used; they are inserted using a soldering iron. The IR LED board can be sourced from various suppliers. qd300_plate can serve as a substitute for the LED board inside the camera.
