IQAudio Pi DAC Zero plus Headphone Case
thingiverse
This is a quick-assemble case designed specifically for a raspberry pi Zero W and connected IQAudio Pi Zero DAC plus Headphone Amp. The top and bottom pieces take approximately 1.5 hours to print. Assembly: 1) Attach one M2.5/9mm standoff to the post nearest to the USB power input, making it easier to attach the PI dac later. 2) Secure the Pi Zero with three M2.5/3mm machine screws. Ensure that the Pi Zero has male headers attached. 3) Mount three M2.5/12mm standoffs from the Pi DAC to the Headphone Amp. 4) Carefully align the Pi DAC female headers with the mounted Pi Zero male headers. 5) Place the top case over the bottom, slide it back and press down starting at the RCA Connector (red/white jacks), then ensure all sides are firmly pressed down. This is a customized remix. I adapted the tutorial on Layer-by-Layer from Adafruit (https://youtu.be/YxBamwc6s7U) by creating a simple raspberry pi zero case from scratch in Fusion 360. Modifications were added to accommodate the Pi DAC. The full design in Fusion 360 is included here as a *.f3d file, allowing you to modify it as needed.
