IPSC Belt Buckle
thingiverse
This is a remix from the design of D3ATH_F3YD. The lower base retains the inner belt and the clip side contains the outer belt. I use a nail to secure the hinge in place; just heat it up slightly and insert it. Print top_buckle_punisher_base & top_buckle_punisher_top for the clip version, either print vertically or not - it's your choice. The top_buckle_punisher_solid is a non-clip version. I use five perimeter layers with four layers on top and bottom. Infill at 70%. Buckle_IPSC_V4: A complete modification featuring an integrated hinge. Print vertically. I secure the parts in place using magnets like those found on children's toys. Print at 0.16 to 0.2 mm layer height, 60 mm/s speed, and 210°C extruder temperature with a 60°C bed temperature.
