This is an adapter for mounting an iOptron iPolar to an HOBYM CRUX 170HD mount [ https://www.hobym.net/crux170hd ] This mount comes only with a PoleMaster adapter. I slightly modified a design made for another mount and voila! The base is secured to the HOBYM 170HD by simply plug-in the PoleMaster adapter to the main adapter bottom and then screw the set on the mount. Simple and effective. The iPolar camera simply drops into the base, and is then held in place by the top plate which is secured with three M3x12mm screws. Enjoy!
