I'm not a fan of the rubber band solution FiiO suggests using to attach the round-shaped headphone amplifier to the straight back of the iPod. Several times I also forgot to turn off the amplifier because the power indicator is hidden under my iPod. So, I created this case to combine the two devices seamlessly together. If you prefer, you can use an optical fiber to reroute the power indicator to the top side for better visibility. To connect the iPod to the amplifier, you'll also need a FiiO L5 Dock-Connector.
