I ended up making one myself since I couldn't find a case that fit well with ninjaflex. For the print, I used ninja flex with supports because of the overhanging design - it worked out great and fits perfectly snugly. The camera area needs to be either slightly lower or larger in size; hopefully this case will turn out to be useful for someone.
