My worn-out iPod headphones were beyond repair due to a severely frayed joint where the two earpieces diverged from the auxiliary cable, leaving vulnerable wires completely exposed. To rectify this issue, I crafted a sturdy replacement using just one miniature screw of my preference - which ever one fits snugly - and a matching nut that complements it perfectly.\nWorked beautifully!
