Ipod 4 touch passive speaker
thingiverse
My first attempt, folks! A dedicated listener and holder for an iPod 4 touch, designed to work seamlessly even with its case in place. It delivers enhanced sound quality and forward projection, a significant improvement over the original. What's more, this accessory is remarkably compact, making it easy to handle and transport. I created it using PLA filament on my trusty Creality CR7 printer. The shell thickness is 0.8mm, while the fill density is set at 20%. I managed to print it without any supports, and a brim base ensured a solid foundation. The project was carefully designed in 3D Builder, and Cura's slicing capabilities made the printing process smooth sailing. Although I still encounter some issues with adhesion on certain projects, I've been able to resolve most of them. With this design, it's entirely possible to expand its functionality to accommodate various cell phones with speakers positioned at the bottom.
