First, Huge thanks to PattiCake for sharing the original design.\r\n\r\nI modified this to make it sturdy so that it can be securely attached to a car dashboard mount. It fits our iPhone X perfectly with a loopy case on it, and after making a few tweaks, it was ready to go.\r\n\r\n\r\nFor optimal results, I recommend printing this design in ABS plastic, but PETG will also work as long as you don't live in extremely hot climates like Death Valley. If you need to drill holes, I suggest using at least 4 shells for a stable base, and ideally 6 shells for extra support. To ensure the dock's wrap-around overhangs hold the iPhone securely in place, supports were added to these critical areas. The design was printed with the back of the dock facing down on the glass bed.\r\n\r\n\r\nVersion 2.0\r\nI further modified the dock to include openings for the microphones located at the bottom of the phone.
