Fixed camera cutout (the original version doesn't slice well around it in Cura) Added a bottom brace to prevent the iPhone from escaping its case (flexible filaments flex too much) Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Be sure to set your object cooling running at 100% because there's a big bridging distance. I used Eco3D FLEX filament, which is perfect for making phone cases. They provide a pdf with the optimal printer settings, but my prints failed using those. Instead, I went with: Temperature: 226°C Flow: 130% Retraction enabled and set to 4mm distance at 10 mm/s speed Print speed: 40mm/s everywhere (perimeter, first layer, infill) Travel speed: 100mm/s Skirt: 4 lines Post-Printing If there's some layer separation around the bottom bridging, cut off the sagging layers. Optional - Use a sharp blade to cut off ~1mm around the buttons on both sides to make the edges look better.
