I finally found an iPhone XS case that fit my phone perfectly, so I decided to create my own instead. This design matches the Belkin wireless charger sold by Apple in Canada: https://www.apple.com/ca/shop/product/HL802ZM/A/belkin-boost-up-wireless-charging-pad?fnode=97 It's meant for use with a case, but it also works without one.
