Modern Minis have very annoying air vents, meaning that almost no phone holders will mount to them. For years I've been sitting my phone in the cup-holder to view navigation. This doesn't work very well if you need to charge your phone (I have an old XS, of course it needs to be on charge if using navigation!) or, if you're a little too exuberant in a corner, your phone falls over and you can no longer see your directions!I decided to solve this problem by creating this. It has has four useful benefits:Your phone is held securely. No more ‘roundabout roulette’!Your phone is more elevated, allowing you to see the directions more easily.A large aperture allows most charging cables to connect.You can store cables in the cavity in the bottom half.If like me, you're either too cheap to pay for navigation in your car, or buy a modern phone, this is the print for you!N.B.This works well, and is snug with my 3D printed case, but should be fine with some others, or without a case.It may well fit other cup-holders too, but I have not tried it.I recommend adding some supports manually at strategic point to the underside. 4 or 5 points on the angled support too, worked well for me and my printer.I hope this helps.
