I unveiled the revised design to my wife, and when she took it from me, her eyes widened in surprise. "How am I supposed to fit my phone in here?" she exclaimed incredulously. I hadn't noticed that her phone had a wallet case attached (a fact that only a husband oblivious to his wife's everyday details would have missed). So, I reworked the design to accommodate a wallet case, hoping it would finally meet her expectations.
