I'm remixing the car/desk holder thing from AideaZ's wireless external battery clip at thingiverse.com/thing:3155096. This is just the cradle part that holds your phone, with or without the battery pack. To assemble this, you'll need the Cradle_Holder and Cradle_Leg from thingiverse.com/thing:2864102/files. If you're making a desk stand, grab the desktop_collar from thingiverse.com/thing:675228/files. For a car cupholder stand, use one of those collars with one of the offsets from the same file.
With this file you will be able to print iPhone X in Otterbox defender cradle/stand for car/desk with your 3D printer.
