I've finally had it with breaking countless iPhone USB cables! That's why I designed this using Fusion 360 to save my freshly purchased charging cables. Download Fusion 360 at http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview. Scale the design by x1.1 if you find trouble fitting it together. I haven't tried printing it with different materials, especially flexible ones like ninjaflex. Keep me posted if anyone prints it in a different material. If you want to update or modify the design, feel free to use the original .f3d files – just ping me and I'll send them your way.
