Mounts nearly any iPhone snugly in landscape orientation. Works seamlessly with a countersunk screw or generic quick-release mount featuring a 2" x 1.7" wedge base. To ensure a secure hold, simply add a rubber band or O-ring, then top it off with a rubber layer (foam tape, rubber feet, etc.) inside the clamp to amplify grip. Upgrades in Version 2 include: tweaked dimensions for smoother part fitting without any need for sanding; modified to perfectly clamp an iPhone 5 sans case; features a more precise mounting hole accommodating correct screw size and a flat square bottom hole for increased stability. Use a rubber band or oversized O-Ring over the lugs to tightly grip your phone in place within the holder. Additionally, add a friction-increasing layer (such as foam tape or rubber feet) inside the clamp to intensify holding power. Changes introduced in Version 2: expanded part dimensions for effortless fitting without needing any sanding; modified to seamlessly hold iPhone 5 without an encasing; boasts an accurately sized mounting hole ensuring secure screw attachment and a sturdy, square bottom base for improved structural integrity.
