I built a thing to share with my students - a quick printer stand to show them how the building process works. To capture its construction in action, I popped my phone into the hyper lapse app for a thrilling video. Since I needed just the right height, this stand seemed like the perfect fit. For future improvements, it could be printed thinner to save time and filament - this was just version 1! My iPhone 8 fits nicely, but the design should accommodate most phones with ease.
