I decided to take my son's iPhone apart, carefully extracting the wiring and lights. To accommodate these components, I had to stretch the screen section by 20% in width. Next, I tackled the task of creating a radio screen mesh. To do this, I first printed it flat on a surface. Then, I submerged it into boiling water for a brief period before shaping it around the blank radio component. To secure everything in place, I used bolts measuring 1/8 inch by 12mm.
