Iphone lightening cord flex TPU cover

This is a TPU flex cord wrap for iphone cables… broken or not.  I have updated it to an ALL TPU cover.  This is accomplished by first sliding over the connector a TPU cover and then installing the wrap.Can you Print it?  I print it with retraction.  without it the narrow gap overlap will likely bond from the tpu ooze as it moves between sides.  I also lowered my temperature to the lower side of TPU… about 230c.  If it does not over bond at the overlap too much simply run a small screw driver down to make sure the  opening separates.The wings.  I originally printed it w/o the overlap of the plug.  It looked and fit great, but it became clear that it allowed the plug to bend without the cord freely following.   I added some wings to even out the feel..4mm nozzle.  I did not want to have to do a nozzle change so I designed it to print with a .4mm nozzle, but the flaps show they are not happy as you loose some of the edge details.  Any loss of edge details should not matter.  The full wrap just needs the filler to keep pressure on the plug.Do you glue it?  With the TPU slide-over cover NO glue is needed as the split inner wrap is not fully enclosed with pressure from the wrap to keep it closed.SIZE:  You have to be able to slide the slideover cover on first.  The base size will be snug.  I added a +.2mm slide-over and a +.4mm slide over.  The wrap too also gets larger to keep the slideover wrap tight.Pull Knobs:  The slide-over cover has knobs on it to help pull it up and down over the plug and cover.  You can keep them or cut them off when done. I left the original PETG slipover version which for fodder.
