iPhone Holder for Nissan NV200

This is a two-piece design that drops directly into the cup holder at the side of the steering wheel, securely holding an iPhone 6 equipped with a Spigen (Tough Armor) case. The phone fits perfectly without the case, but can be slightly loose. The internal dimensions of the cradle measure 75mm x 12mm. A convenient slot is located at the base, allowing for easy insertion of a charger cable into the phone. The holder is incredibly sturdy and remains stable even when poking the screen, causing no wobble whatsoever. Printed in PETG at a 0.25mm layer height, I printed both parts upside down using a 5mm brim on the cradle and supports for added stability, along with a skirt on the base. The two pieces are joined together by a self-tapping screw and large washer - as seen in the photo - which enables the cradle to swivel smoothly on the base. The tilt angle is fixed in place and cannot be adjusted.
