Iphone cradle for truck cup holder

I got tired of my phone flying off the center console of my truck and landing on the floor, out of reach. So, I designed a custom phone holder that fits snugly into the cup holder of my vehicle. It's made from two separate parts that are securely fastened together with a 3/8 inch x 1 inch stainless steel carriage bolt and nut. This phone holder accommodates an iPhone Xs Max in an Otterbox case, but smaller phones may not fit securely inside. If you'd like to modify the dimensions or edit the base to suit your specific needs, I've included the Inventor part files for your convenience. Please note that V2 versions have a slightly reduced base size to provide a more secure fit in certain cup holders. However, the original and V2 designs are not interchangeable.
