Iphone Bike Mount (with Otterbox Case)

<p>Bike Mount for Cell phone, with an Otterbox case.</p> <p>The cradle is designed to fit the goose neck of a bike without having to remove the Otterbox case. All side switches on the phone can still be accessed as well as the headphone / charging port while in use.</p> <p>The side walls of the cradle can be modified if you are using a different case and per phone size. (Thicken or thin depending on your case and phone type) This specific STL file is designed to fit an Iphone 10X with Otterbox case.</p> <p>If the the mount is too big for the goose neck of the bike, you can use foam tape to spread out the clamps a bit. Adding tape can also help of the cradle slides. (In my case - I used a piece of Ninja Flex filament 2" wide that matches the circumference of the goose neck for added grip - but duct tape or electrical tape will work just the same)</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>Can use PLA or ABS. - 33 % infill recommended.<br/> No support structure is required. (Print cradle upside down)<br/> Print two "Clamp" STL files.<br/> (One for right side of clamp / one for left side)</p> <p>The clamp is designed to use a heated thread insert sized for a .250/ 10-32 thread.
