iPhone and Apple Watch charger

A charger/stand for a smartphone (designed around my iPhone XR) and an Apple Watch. It uses the IKEA Nordmärke wireless charger as base and charger.

It is designed around the wooden version of the IKEA charger, that I think has been discontinued, but it should work equally well with the cork-based version currently being sold.

I've printed it in PLA with 10% infill and 0.2 mm step. It requires support, but only on the print plate.

After printing, you can embed a few M8 nuts in the bottom to lower the centre of mass and make it more stable, although it may not be necessary. To insert the nuts you need to heat them, e.g. with a soldering iron, as the holes are designed slightly smaller on purpose.

The IKEA charger can be easily disassembled by removing the cable from its guide in the base (the hardest part for me with the wooden base) and then you can push from the back the charging puck. If there is a little glue you can remove it by sliding a dull knife in the gap in the front.

Remove the gasket, slide the IKEA and Apple watch charging pucks in place. The gasket can now be placed around the base of the holder, which will also keep the wires in place, and the whole thing can be pushed back inside the base.

Once you push the IKEA charger cable back inside its slot in the base, there should be just enough room for the Apple Watch one to go through, although it won't be help in place.
