Ok firstly, I'm glad you don't have an iPhone (or ever plan to). After some research, I found out that the left cone on this model is just for the microphone! This means you can use it while in a call :P Yes, that was my intention all along... right? Of course! It should fit an iPhone 5 with a case. Check the scale before printing. The charging plug hole at the bottom is huge; it may fit other models too. If you try it out on a different model, let me know how it goes!
