Fits iPhone 8 snugly with a silicone case, otherwise it's just too big, so I resize the STL for better print. The hinge is simply a piece of filament inserted through; works remarkably well! I've installed a Qi charger from Aliexpress inside and soldered a cigarette lighter adapter (12V to USB) in the box. After that, everything was securely glued together with a small brush and a mixture of acetone and ABS sludge. In the RAM mount you can insert a screw for extra strength. I've tested the mount for 4000 km and it functions perfectly. Note that you should place the phone with the power button facing down because the design accommodates that button.
