I recently obtained an iPhone 7+ holder featuring a slender sleeve. Before attaching it, make sure to measure its internal dimensions against the size of your iPhone with the sleeve in place. I successfully integrated this accessory into a Brodit mobile phone mount by securely screwing them together. As of March 21st, 2018, I've also added a swivel base to enhance its functionality.
